Chantelle Vance will send an electronic invoice to your email address once your order is received, as a confirmation of your purchase. It is not permitted to order in another person's name without the person's consent. Chantelle Vance will report to the authorities each time this happens. Chantelle Vance holds the right to change prices. If a price is incorrect, this may lead Chantelle Vance to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid. Chantelle Vance can perform this at any time.
Within 14 days from receiving the order, customers have the right to return the order. You have the right to cancel your purchase and return delivered goods by contacting Chantelle Vance's customer service by email or using the contact form on Chantelle Vance's website within 14 days from receiving the products, provided that the products are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. Do not send goods to us before you have been in contact with customer care. The Customer is responsible for the risk of transporting the returned products to Chantelle Vance.
Chantelle Vance is not responsible for the refund of the shipping cost.
When receiving your return, our warehouse checks the condition of the goods, and once they are cleared, we pay back your funds. Please note that it can take up to 6 working days for the payment to show on your account (how long depends on your card issuer). If an item is damaged during transport, Chantelle Vance should be contacted within 14 days.
Chantelle Vance watches are warranted by Chantelle Vance AB, for two (2) years from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty (the "International Warranty") The International Warranty covers manufacturing defects only on the watch itself (case, crystal, movement). No other parts then the above will be covered under warranty. Please contact us if you have any warranty claims.

Chantelle Vance pays return shipping. If Chantelle Vance cannot find any defects covered by the warranty, the product will be sent back to the Customer as soon as possible.
Please note that repair and or replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
- Damage or failure caused by improper use or carelessness (dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.)
- Damage or failure caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
- Damage or failure caused by water or fire or a natural disaster such for example, an earthquake.
- Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and ageing (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the colour on the wristband and the peeling of the plating).
- In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten.
- If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch.
- Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.
- The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
This warranty warrants that you can receive a free replacement by the terms set forth herein and within the specified time, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.
Chantelle Vance has the right to adjust prices, add additional cost change product assortment and related information without notice. The purpose of product images and information texts made available by Chantelle Vance is to reflect the products as much as possible for you as a customer. We always try to ensure that all content on this website is accurate, although errors may occur. Chantelle Vance cannot guarantee that all product images accurately reflect the authentic appearance of the products, we kindly ask you yo understand that all product images should be seen as illustrations on not actual pictures. The product images may differ depending on various things like colour settings on your computer or depending on the screen they are displayed on.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
Chantelle Vance ships products worldwide. All deliveries are made in cooperation with freight services and their partners. You have the right to cancel purchases, and return delivered goods by contacting Chantelle Vance's customer service or using the contact form on Chantelle Vance's website within 14 days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the Customer is responsible for the risk of transporting the returned products to Chantelle Vance.
In case, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfil the order, it is your responsibility as a customer to cancel the order. In cases where the order already has been dispatched, the Customer is required to accept this and receive the order. Your cancellation is not valid until the Customer has confirmed with Chantelle Vance either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued, Chantelle Vance has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. Chantelle Vance will notify the Customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
It is essential that you, as a customer carefully check your goods/products when you receive your shipment to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint, and we will get back to you shortly. Same applies for returns. Defective products returned to Chantelle Vance should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns significant that the product is always packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged or get lost during transit. Chantelle Vance has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the Customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Chantelle Vance will send the product back to the Customer.
Chantelle Vance responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Chantelle Vance bears no direct or indirect liability, for example, but not limited to, delivery delays, data loss, downtime, additional work or other economic harm in any way.
1.1. Force Majeure. Chantelle Vance shall be exempt from liability for damages, and other penalties in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is
(a) beyond the reasonable control of Chantelle Vance,
(b) including market effects, government interruption, new or amended legislation, lack of state, state of war, flood, fire, labour disturbance/interruption, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trademarks, on www.chantellevance.com and in the material published on it are owned by Chantelle Vance or its licensors or subsidiaries. Any reproduction, duplication, distribution, and other unauthorized copying or use of images, photos, videos, or any other materials contained herein is expressly prohibited.
Chantelle Vance will aggressively protect its intellectual property rights.
www.chantellevance.com may include user-generated content and social media applications and social media hashtags. Chantelle Vance does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos, videos, hashtags etc.) Chantelle Vance takes no legal responsibility for it. Any suspicion of copyright violations and suspected use is to be reported to our customer service.
RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain in Chantelle Vance property until full payment is made.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Swedish law governs these terms and your use of the www.chantellevance.com website. Any suit, action or proceeding is seeking to enforce any provision of, or based on any matter arising out of or in connection with, this agreement or the transactions contemplated as a result of this will be brought up in Swedish court.
Chantelle Vance will report all frauds and fraud attempts to the Swedish authorities. Chantelle Vance reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion of fraud is raised.
Chantelle Vance reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the www.chantellevance.com website if you do not follow these terms.
Every time you order a product from Chantelle Vance, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Chantelle Vance. Please note that Chantelle Vance can update or rewrite these terms at any time and we advise you to read these before any purchase.
